Fees for for 1-on-1 private training:
Training at our Berkeley Training Studio:
Full Day Training (8 hours): $500/day*
Half Day Training (4 hours): $350/half day *
Training on-location (within the Bay Area**):
Full Day Training (8 hours): $650/day*
Half Day Training (4 hours): Not Available for on-location
Training on-location (outside Bay Area**):

*note: Prices do not include books (where necessary). All of our 1-on-1 training is taught by head instructor Brian Lee White and is based on a flat "per day" rate, whether it is the Avid Pro Tools certification courses, Mixing, Reason, etc. Private training day(s) must paid in full at time of booking, cancellations or rescheduling will incur a $100 per day cancellation fee.
**note: "On-location" training assumes the necessary equipment to complete the training is provided at the desired location. The Bay Area "on-location" rate assumes the location is within a 60 miles radius of Berkeley, CA.

These are examples based on an estimated number of days to completion with 1-on-1 instruction at our Berkeley Training Studio, most students can complete the listed programs in the estimated number of days. As 1-on-1 training moves at a significantly altered pace than traditional classroom or group training, some students may be able to complete the programs faster, while others might like to take more time. This is the beauty of private training, we can tailor the schedule to your learning needs and goals. How To Schedule
All bookings must be paid in full to lock your training date into the calendar, any cancellations or rescheduling are subject to a cancelation or rescheduling fee (see below). Certification Exam Policy and Fees
As of September 1st, 2011 Avid now charges $25 per certification test attempt (User, Operator, Expert) directly to the student. As Pro Tool certification is granted by Avid and not Future Rhythm, any exam policies and/or fees are subject to change without notice. Certification tests are online-based exams administered by an Avid Authroized Instructor at Future Rhythm.
Private Training Refund and Cancellation Policy
Private training day(s) must paid in full at time of booking, cancellations or rescheduling will incur a $100 per day cancellation fee. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
